From online I was able to track my documents status, where it was mentioned that my documents were returned back to the hub due to insufficient address on 18th Apr 2009. My address was perfect with complete details. If they were unable find my address, they would have called at my number and I would have guided.
Any courier service would call at number when they can't find the destination address, this did not happened with First Flight couriers services..this is very weird.
I tried calling call center for number of times, but alway I find busy line. Then I decided to send them an email....and still no response.First Flight courier services don't realize the importance of customer documents at all. I am still waiting for my documents and call back.This is worst service that had ever seen in my life. I strongly recommend not this use this courier service at all....
