Booked a document for Mumbai from Kolkata on 21st December & after imploring the urgency, was assured if not the next day, then the consignment would positively reach on 23rd December at all cost. Destination was a prime location. It reached on Saturday, 24th when it was of no use & I had to bear certain damages. I requested them for a provision to be charged extra, ensuring delivery on the next day or the day after. There was no provision as such.
