I am having good and bad both type of experience got from first flight.
The good experience is the consignment which is having valuble courier charges .then ff team will delivered it promptly. and if you need to receive any envelope or any government parcel like PAN card then forget it that they will dispatch to you. before you reached to them they will return back to concern dpt.with many formated reasons. they have. I had suffering a lot for the same.
