I had made an online purchase and seller dispatched it through First Flight, from Delhi to Bangalore.
After two days I could track that the product reached Bangalore, but no one contacted me for delivery.
I tried to reach customer care (which is of no use) and got the response that ‘it will be delivered by tomorrow’. I heard this same sentence for two days.
Next day I got a call from their Bangalore office with the information that “We can deliver the product only after two days”, I asked WHY? And no answer for that.
Later I found the status of consignment is updated as ‘Returned to Hub, as party is not available’.
What the f*ck!
I tried to reach the customer care – as usual no use – and got surprised with the answer.
“ Product returned to hub. So, we cannot track it now. Call us tomorrow”.
Tried to call them again on next day. Now they started the story from square one, but with small change. We will try to deliver the product by tomorrow.
Common man. They are not even sure whether they can do that or not.
Crap service. Crap customer care. Never ever think about using this courier service.
