I am writing my first review about this company which I have worked for. I wud say that even though it is a big company but is the WORST to work in as the management including team leaders, HR and other bosses are totally biased towards the people of their own community like Marathi, South Indian or Catholics.
There is rampant groupism, politics at all levels. Even the employees think that they are over and above the superiors.
Being a verification company they take full advantage of the employees by forcing them to work late hours, putting hell lot of pressure and not paying overtime. the salary paid is also meagre in todays times If an employee wants to leave they will ask for proof of leaving the company as they dont want anyone to join their competitors.
If any one wants to rejoin the company they will take only those pple who are their favourites and who have licked the bosses to an extreme. Some of the team members who have good rappo with the team leaders are not rotated in team and they start crying like babies if their names are there for internal team transfer.
This company does not work professionally and only believes in being favourites majority being biased towards women employees. SO MALE CANDIDATES THINK TEN TIMES BEFORE U JOIN THIS COMPANY AS MAJORITY OF THE BOSSES ARE FEMALES AND THEY WILL RUIN YOUR HAPPINESS.
