Almost all Hindi films these days are about romance. And almost all these love stories have gone hit! After all the work in” “Kyun, Ho Gaya Na” with Vivek Oberoi and Aishwirya Ria which the film was a total flop. They have now thought of the film “ Fida” starring Shahid Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor and Fardeen Khan. The film was directed by Ken Ghosh. Ever since the trailer of this film had came out I was dying to watch it because I thought that I sounded as a good and interesting story and I had many high expectations, but my expectations went even higher than I expected! Ken Ghosh has done a really good job in directing this film and for those of you who haven’t seen the film yet….. YOU HAVE TO SEE THIS FILM!!!! I’m sorry I went sort of over board just now but what I’m trying to say it that you should see the film… and I’m not saying that if I like the film you should like it as well… some of you who might have seen this film must have thought that it was just a time pass film, to me it was a good film with a good story. For those of you who haven’t seen the film your gonna have to find out if you liked the film or not…. Take a look……
STORY: There is a huge robbery for RS.60. million from a bank through the internet, which is from the account of an underworld don. And that don wants to get his hands on the one who stole that money. This is Jia’s ( Shahid Kapoor) love story. Jai is a very intimidate and hard working boy who believes in himself. He has no family members. Jai is a car mechanic and he loves what he does. He has only one friend Sonia ( Kim Sharma) who loves him a lot but Jai, Jai is waiting for someone else. After a while Jai then sees Neha ( Kareena Kapoor) and falls in loves with her beauty. Neha is just an ordinary girl who falls in love with Jai after he tries to commit suicide for her. Jai would do anything for Neha, he would even die for her. Jai has his destiny all sorted out when he then finds out that Neha’s father is a criminal and after her father died, now the underworld is after her. So then Jia trys to sell a house for Rs. 60 million which was totally impossible. To save Neha’s life Jai trys to robb the bank, but he ends up stealing from from Vikram ( Fardeen Khan). Vikram is a very rich man and he has what Jai wants. Jai then finds out that Vikram was the robber who stole the Rs. 60 million from the internet. After Jai is caught, they both make a deal that Vikram would give him the Rs. 60 million, but for that Jai would have to give something in return, and that something is his life. Jai then makes the deal with Vikram. So Jai got his money. But now Jai would have to surrender for his one and only love. When Jai is then handed over to the police. His love story then ends when Jai finds out that Neha wasn’t loyal and she just used him. From here we start Vikram’s story. While Vikram enjoys his life with Neha and they even get married. Now Vikram and Neha are madly inlove with each other. But now Vikram’s love story didn’t turn out to be as how he had planned it. Which brings up the question, What went wrong???? Now you answer me, do you think that all love stories have a perfect ending?? You will find out, after you are finished watching this film.
CHARACTERS AND THEIR PERFORMANCES:
Neha ( Kareena Kapoor): Neha is a very simple yound girl who falls in love with Jai but only falls in love with him for a certain reason. Why did she use him???
Kareena Kapoor has acted well in this film as a very bad girl and it was sort of as a villain role and her expressions in the film and the way she acts is very good! She made a good performance.
Vikram ( Fardeen Khan): Vikram is a rich guy who falls in love with Neha and marry’s her. Vikram also was a bank robber who stole Rs.60 million through the internet. Vikram’s wedding life isn’t planned as he planned it. Things change and they especially change his life. Fardeen Khan is a very talented actor and he has made a very good performance in this film. His acting and his expressions were all well done and he continues to act well in other films.GOOD JOB FARDEEN!!!
Jai ( Shahid Kappor): Jai is a car mechanic and he falls in love with Neha who actually uses him and what reason does she use him for??? Neha uses him for money. Jai’s life is ruined and he has no place to run as the police are after him as they think that he Is the bank robber. I had never imagined Shahid Kapoor is be in a film like this. But destiny brought him up to this stage. Shahid Kapoor is a very talented actor and he has done a really good job in this film his hard work really showed in this film and I hope that he will continue to act like this.
My opinion on the film: The film was really good and had an ending were I had never imagined would happen in any Kareena Kapoor movie. Ken Ghosh has done a very good job. So has the rest of the crew. Everyone has done a great job and liked everyone’s acting.
