"P- for Passion & P- for Palio Stile" I love it... Review on Fiat Palio Stile

Hi all,

I bought Palio after seen all the compitative products in the market on april 2008 fro reputed TATA dealer anmed DADA Motors. I am satisfy what I bought in term of Comfort and Safety.

On the date of delivery I checked one of the AC grill inside had cracked, I have been told that they will replace it from PDA departmentbut not found any grill in stock.

I had been told that they will ordered and change on first checkup service after 1500kms.

I move to them but not got changed due to parts not present in stores. Again I had been told that they will call me wheever they recieved the parts. Till date issue not been resolves and my KM meter reading for today is 13000kms.

I had gone last week at DADA Motors for same issue, I linked my issue with hierachy as follows;

starting fro Service Engineers

Who says it is not within his power so I have met with Service dept. head

Since about 09 month are gone I have not been informed about the issue, ao I am unable to resolve. I told him that one service product head had written the complaint and forward to concern department. He says that guy had left the organization so he is unable to do any Thing.

I moved to GM Sales seems second to owner who respond me that since I had not been informed for the issue so I can not do any thing.

I called upon the guy who sold me the car, he respond to GM Sales that issue is right and has to be resolved.

GM Sales said after having some conversation with Service head that he will speak with owner of the DADA Motors for the replacement.

Till dat I had not recieved any information from them. I strongly recommend that kindly check out the common parts in the stores before you buy any FIAT product.

It always make s me emmbarace in front of my friend and family members taht having a good car but not getting replaced a very smaller partr of that.

I love to drive FIAT Palio Stile, no problem till date regarding performance, In a city like Ludhiana I am getting an average of 13kms/lt local and 19KM/LT on highway.
