The best in class features at a competitive price. Tata JV for sales and service is icing on the cake. Took a test drive and bought one, love at first sight. I was on verge of buying the new Honda City, but the Fiat dealer persuaded me to have a look and take test drive for Qudrjet Linea Emotion PK. The Quadrajet engine is class by itself, no noise, excellent pick up, good power delivery and outstanding fuel efficiency for diesel version. The gear shift and transmition is above par, instrument cluster is impressive and esthetically pleasing, only an Italian or a French company can opt for such gorgeous design.
The cheap mass producers form Japan and Korea can not do it. The Blue and Me technology is class apart, this is found only in top end cars like BMW. The interior are classy and boot space is enormous. The car is designed to accommodate four persons, if you are looking for a car which can accommodate more people opt for our rugged old Ambassador, I have seen an Ambassador which carried exactly one dozen passengers in late 90s. The trim and built are good, head space, and leg space is good even for a person like me who is 6 ft tall and weighs 80 Kg. The dealer employees in Ahmadabad were more then persuasive and well trained to explain each and every aspect of car including the comparative advantages.
To sum up in famous Ratan Tata lingo, you are stupid if you don't buy Linea Emotion PK.
