My Fiat Linea Emotion is 16 months old and I have done 8200kms.
I am amazed when I read Fiat Linea giving an average of 12 in the city and 16kms on highways.I travel between Bangalore and Bidadi a distance of 40kms every week.Most of it is highway driving.I keep a record of my petrol topping up and always go from full tank to full tank.I use the AC sparingly and yet the computerised average consumption shows 8.9l/100 which is just around 11kms to a litre.In practise city driving I get only 8 to 9kms and that too with the AC being used partime.
The looks are excellent and envy of all on the road.The pick up in low gears is not the best and smaller cars whiz by initially.
In temps of over 34 C the AC is not effective.
