For example before bringing their new model SWIFT DESIRE in the market, they produced the spare parts of the model. Any problem or deformity is taken careof, as soon as possible. Now SWIFT DESIRE IS a hit. Not because of the looks or fuel efficiency, but because of the afterservice and availability of spare parts in the showroom. The customer knows that for Maruti, the spare parts are available with any local dealer.
