Problem: The clutch becomes nonoperationalReason: the clutch catches AIR and no supply of clutch fluid(as told by the concerned mechanic)

The clutch pump was replaced Thrice(3times) twice by Worli Naka Workshop(tata motors)and 3rd time by wasan motors Kandivali west and once was rectified by fortune motors powai

with 100% assurance that it is resolved and wont happen again but after every assurance same problem occured for 7times(same have not been resolved till date)

It seems the car itself is faulty cause even after the new modified part sent by Fiat Factory Pune was placed(dated 3th oct 2009 as told by wasan motors Kandivali invoice no wasan-kl-0910-08895)same problem still persist

Now after 7 break down I have learned how to remove air from the clutch sustem and add clutch fluid and pump the clutch pad to make it operational.

The clutch gets stuck in crowded place and while crossing a speed breaker after which clutch is not functional and hence you cant change the gears.

Have called Concord motors but in vain seems they are only sales guy and they cant do anything about it.Called help line 1800-209-6688 / 1800 - 209-7979 but all they could provied is a breakdown assistant which now even I can rectify the error.

till date after every 300 km the clutch gets stuck and become nonoperational and then I have to add clutch fluid, remove air buy raising the small pin on clutch pipe, pump the clutch pad for 10 min and clutch is back to normal.

No one is willing to take any responsibility and I am lost whom should I take this up with.

The car is faulty for sure cause even after replacing the part 3 time still same problem exist

1st break down 18th July 2009 at International airport mumbai KM run approx 1500km(had to tow the vehical to Fortune motors powai as no assistance provided on location)

2nd break down 8th aug 2009 on mum-ahmdabad highway at 2100kmvehical then given for service at Worli workshop Mumbai(part replaced)

3 rd break down at Dahanu-Bordi road at 3900km had to tow the vehical for 7 km

4rd break down 1 st oct 2009 at 4010Km vehical sent to wasan motors kandivali mumbai again part replace by another modified part sent by fiat factory pune .

5th break down 4th oct 2009 at 4200km borivali east problem solved by my driver cum mechanic

6th break down 15th oct 2009 Malad west sv road near new era theater at aprox 4800km solved problem by wasan motors assistance

7th break down 16th oct 2009 Pedder road outside National Garage at roughly 5000km car stuck in between heavy traffic problem solved by self.

What should I do now. The car is faulty, have called fiat help line no response so far, concord motors have refused to help they directed me to worli workshop but same in vain

technicians at wasan motors - fortune cars and worli workshop are still under training and are not able to solve the problem.

where I stay nearest service station is wasan motors kandivali which is 130 km from here and that too they are not able to solve the problem and have ask me to speak to Fiat guys directly or just go and give the vehical back to Concord motors.will highly obliged for anyhelp.please suggest.
