I got my FIAT Linea Emotion pack serviced(2nd free service) at Balaji Automobiles-Kalyan W, It was one of my worst/pathetic and disgusting experience with one of the TATA's authorised service center. The advisers there have no sense to deal with customers, works manager and management has no control over people/mechanics down the line. They dont know what is customer service. I had to visit 3-4 times for simple jobs which were left incomplete by the mechanic only. I was a very happy customer and user of TATA service when I had a TATA Indigo offcourse fortunately I never had visited to Balaji Automobiles for any kind of service. TATA/FIAT must asess their ASCs frequently on certain parameters and disqualify ASCs like Balaji automoble in Kalyan-W
