My experience has been very bad with Fiat Punto . I requested for a test drive with Bharati Automobiles & they kept promising the drive for a month. I called for a call back from the GM but no response. Also on the promised day of Test Drive I am called and told that the car has gone to another customers place and he will be at my place an hour later . But nobody came or called.
After which I got in touch with Concorde Motors, wherein One Mr Anup promised a test drive and took the vehicle to another customer and never called back. When I was confirming the lady who answered said that there is no vehicle and I will have mto come to the showroom. If presales service is like this then Post sales ios going to be what ?????
