Hi Folks...
My Silver Frost adventure is all of 14 days old...
Thought, lets share her with all enthusiasts.
If you are a person with passion...looking for that extra zing...speed...space...comfort...safety...and smashing looks then here she is - The Fiat Adventure Sport 1.6.
What made me purchase her ? Her LOOKS. I was awed after the first test drive. She runs like the wind. She has a very smooth suspension and you feel very very secure inside.
I must admit, I was not at all looking at Fiat. I had nearly finalized a new Honda City (I was always driving one). The Honda City is great in terms of handling and the accoustics may be far superior but the Adventure is SSSSUUUPPPEEERRR...VFM. Value for Money.
In 5.5 lacs, what else can you get ? A 1.6 Engine, Roof rails, Great Styling, Superb pick up, Safety bars, Stylish grills, the works...
The Pros are good but the cons are also there. I believe the Service is pathetic though I called up Anuroop and they were very very sweet and down to earth. I had an a/c setting problem and they resolved it on phone.
The dealer - Wasan Motors at Borivali extended all help. Mr Vicky was very very helpful. I got the delivery as promised and how can I forget SBI. I took the loan from SBI (Dindoshi branch) as against ICICI. They were very quick and I saved Rs 1000 p m on EMI. Very Transparent deal.
The second Cons is the FE. Its bad as of now around 6-7 km/l. I believe and my fiat friends say that this would increase after Service 1.
I shall keep on posting more of this gradually...
Till then...i am enjoying my beast.
