My wife had suggested me this site, after reading an article about their entrepreneurship and how this was started by a few youngsters just recently, and how they have become huge in short period of time. I looked at the website, and instantly liked it for the deals on proper branded items, and website usability.
USP: Dealing with all men's fashion accessories and needs. Reputed brands. Good discounts.
Products: Do not go by what you see on a particular day. Products & Brands under offer change everyday. There is a huge variety, ranging from shoes to accessories to watches, apparels everything. Impressed by the ever-growing catalogue and very desirable range of designs and varieties.
Deals: Deals change everyday. You have to keep seeing the deals everyday to not miss on any awesome deal. MRP quoted and discounts are very legitimate, unlike in retail shops where they increase by 50% and give a discount of 30%. Eg: A shoe I purchased was in stores for 2200/, while Fetise quoted 1800/. And I bought it for 1300/ only, thanks to my welcome gift voucher for 500/.
Additionally, they give a small% of cash-back on every purchase right away. And I was pleasantly surprised to see an unexpected gift voucher for another 500/, which came with the product when delivered. Sure impressive way to retain customers and expand market-share.
Timeliness: I ordered on 25-Feb, they promised 03-March as delivery date, and it was delivered on 01-Mar itself. They used Quantum couriers, who were also professional, called us for availability and delivered accordingly.
Product Quality: Product delivered is very good in quality, and stays true to the pic shown in website.
Packaging: My shoe came in a typical cardboard shoe-box, but well-packed. Nothing wrong, but it could cost if shipped during rainy days, and affect customer-satisfaction. If they can adopt a more safe & secure packaging that protects the good from rains & damages, it will be better.
Customer Service: Did not have a need to call their office for anything. But, SMS alerts kept me informed regularly, at every stage of purchase. Order confirmation, product readiness, shipment done, courier details, until confirmation of delivery. Brilliant!
Verdict: Iam very satisfied with my purchase and experience with Fetise, and will dare say that Fetise is going to change me from a store-shopper to an online-shopper. Fetise will be my first point of search for my apparels/accessories needs. No more driving around to malls, spending on fuel, parking, suffering in insensible Pune traffic, and walking store to store, end up paying more in the name of discount, all for that one shirt/shoe etc. Fetise is here, why bother!
