First of all the product is promoted by dealers as Best italian product with huge energy savings and 6 Star (5stars +) rating and manufactured by company that manufactures Lamborgini or some super car.
The product works well with a LED display but Nightmare started within one month of installation suddenly stopped working.
which eventually company call center said the site never works and they dont look into the site. Why have a website when you cannot take complaints an boast you are doing excellent service.
Secondly it has been more that a month i am still calling every person possible to get the geyser serviced and still no avail .
If you want to spend you hard earned money on product that doesn't have after-sales service and willing to take cold showers then go for it .. I would not even recommend this product to my Enemy ..
