Find the snapshot of the excellent service by FedEx. I had a priority shipment to be delivered to US, and I was told that FedEx has the best network and service delivery in US. Probably the wrong advice I fell into for which I am paying.
The shipment was picked up from my office in Pune on 16May11. The shipment was assured to be delivered by 18May11 10.30 EST.
Its 21May11 in the destination and the packet is still in transit.
To worsen the situation, now they have removed the "Estimated Delivery Time" from the tracking sheet, and the customer care is not aware of what is holding back my shipment or when it would be delivered.
The CS gave me a mail id to mail my complain, and as usual, this was neither replied nor acknowledge.
I am wondering what is my package doing in Memphis for last 3 days. As well, the US maps, if they are correct, tells me that Newtown Square is nearer to NewArk than Memphis, so not sure what has my shipment to do to be shipped to Memphis. HOpe they want the shipment to makeUS travel free of cost.
NOw, this one was a very important shipment of mine, and my examination date is at stake if it is not delivered. Unfortunately the organisation has apolicy of receiving only one packet from an individual, which shold be complete, so I cannot send via another courier now as well, and have to wait for the mercy ofFEDEX.
PLEASE DO NOT FALL INTO THE FALSE PROMISES OF FEDEX. THEY ARE WORTHLESS.
