Fedex Customer Service tell lies when they dont deliver on time and when the damages are evident and would result in refund of the cost.
They go back on their own words and refuse to pay up the damages.
After 2-3 weeks of investigation, they agreed on the damages and asked me to take it up with the shipper in US. After a day, they made a complete U-turn and refused to pay saying there is no evidence of damage even though the photo provided had clear evidence.
They even cook up story saying there were floods and hence they could not deliver to the address.
