I just ordered some clothes from a US shop and they charged about 20$ for the courier. considering that it was a fedex courier I happily paid. it was sent on 29th of june and was supposed to be delivered in three working days on 3rd day evening I asked the company when would it be delivered.
And to my horror when I saw the tracker it was already delivered and the best part is not to me or my house..God knows where and they say it was signed by my first name!!.since I came to know about it at 9.15 pm , the fed ex customer service was not available.
Rhe first thing I did today at 9am sharp was to call them up and complaint!!!.its been 8 hrs since then, I am calling up everywhere all they say is they are trying to track down !! then I say atleast give me a local no. and after an hour I get a local number and they say the guy who delivered phone is switched off . so we are trying for his phone to switch on and then we would come to know!!.
It is an expensive package and the response from fedex is just words and they are still not knowing where the package is. I thought chandigarh fedex is unproffessional but then I googled and not only me lots of people have the same complaints!!!
