Worst courier service. Review on Fedex Courier

Hi,

Im writing this bad review after 1week struggle to know the status of my courier. I faced this issue 3 time.

FedEx is becoming unfit delivery service as it is taking 15 days to deliver the product to metro city.

I have ordered 3 product on different dates from zoomin web they have shipped the product and after 5 days it was available in Bangalore peenya FedEx point.

1 st courier they delivered after 13 days. Peenya delivery poin was 10 km far from my house I dont know whether they are coming by walk to deliver the product.it was an Christmas gift. It got delivered in January. After daily follow-up.

2 nd courier also delayed they were keeping 5 days at peenya and later they delivered.i dont know what they are getting with that.

3 rd time.as I liked zoomin gifts quality I ordered again.my bad luck they shipped through FedEx courier, I request zoomin people to call back and ship though some other services.they didn't.and my bikers anniversary gifts are not reached yet.and Apolized my team ill give in next meet.

.i request who ever has contact of FedEx peenya Bangalore location .tell them to deliver the product or contact me .my numbers are below. If they are busy in sleep and not able to deliver im ready to go and pick. .next time onwards ill take care and I never order product whoever ships through FedEx.
