This is why India is 1000 years behind, it will never change, it is corruption at its best, low life staff, dirty money hungry people. I wish I could give Zero stars. For the record, I am Indian and it shames me that I have to be associated with such a 3rd world country and low life people. I am just grateful I live I London. Anyway… on with my review… I sent a package that includes some Visa documents and 4 little toys from John Lewis. I sent the toys because my friend William fell off his motorbike and his two children got a little hurt. I figured the toys would cheer them up. Anyway, when I sent the package via ParcelForce worldwide from London, they assured me it would not incur any duty fees as it is such a low value of £60.00. If we do incur any fees, it will be a small percentage of the total value. So I paid the £98.00 and send the package to India. I find it arrived into the hands of Indian customs(who in the past have robbed me also). Just like clockwork, it left customs with no charge(to my surprise) and was scheduled for delivery. Fedex India picks it up… Fedex updates the tracking with ‘incorrect address, delivery not made, please contact Fedex India’. I called them and they said the last 2 digits of my mother in laws telephone number was wrong?. Like that was relevant… anyway after correcting it(it was right), My mother in law gets a call saying ‘give us Rs.6023 and we will release the package’. These dirty money hungry corrupt low life people couldn’t even spare a women who has lost her sister and brother in the last 2 weeks. I explained that there has been a death in the family, and my mother in law cannot be dealing with being robbed right now… the lady said ‘its just the same sir’. These bhukké logh, (hungry people) have no shame. The person who sent this bullshit invoice to us had Fedex UK confused as to what the charges were, even they said Fedex India is run by goons and not to pay the invoice but unfortunately this is how things are….(Fedex UK is actually in India!) The name is of the so called rep from Fedex India is Pooja Mulge, shameless person. My advice… do not post International via ParcelForce UK as when it gets to the destination country Corrupt Indian customs and Corrupt Fedex India handles it.
