This company has done more things in recent years to improve their service. I am having savings acc for 6 years.
Advantages
1.you can use other banks atm's to withdraw any number of times per month( there is no charge for more than 5 withdrawls) .
2.acc opening process very simple. You dont need to visit your bank, just download fedbook app upload your photo, send the scaned proofs. Your acc is ready.
3.fedmobile app is highly advanced and excellent to use.
4.net banking is also updated from time to time. It is good
Disadvantages
1.customer care service does not have all languages
2.you cant see more branches like sbi
Conclusion
Overall it is nice experiance for me for past 6 years. If you are frequent traveller or student, just go for it.
