Good International Bank with no hidden terms and costs
I have a couple of Accounts in banks but have faced many issues of cheating and lack of information from them. My wife got job in Federal Bank and her salary account was in it. I also opened a joint account with my wife to avail employee benefits. The international bank employees are all well trained and are thorough professionals. For opening up the account, they gave us all the details even though it took more time but did not hide anything. I took their credit card too which was given good benefits and features while shopping, 2 free movie ticket a moth and concession in fuel etc.
The account opening and maintenance charges were duly told to me and I am happy with their services too. Being an employee my wife is too happy to work in a good and cordial working environment. Overall, federal bank is good in all terms and aspects.
