I have recently opened an account in Federal bank that too from the comfort of my home. They have everything online right from E passbook to FedNet etc. Phone banking service is also nice and available 24 X 7
The best thing which personally touched me was their selfie account. In which we just have to download their fedbook app and upload our selfie. Later on we just have to click pics of aadhar card and PAN Card and you will instantly get your account number. I have never seen such quick process from any bank.
They have also provided free life time Debit card, A Zero balance account, SMS Banking at nominal charges etc. Only thing which I do not like is that I do not have any branches near by of Federal Bank
