I had a sb account with federal bank and I really got fed up and cancelled the account after trying to activate internet banking.
They are private bank but pathetic like a govt institution. They have so much hassles to activate internet banking.and so much hassles to add a new beneficiary for funds transfer.ditched this tension making banks account and took an icici account and now perfectly fine. ICICI -everything in one click, everything working like breeze!
