I got installed the cable in back 2014. They charged me around Rs3500. After two years i.e. in 2016 they disconnected the set top box forcefully and replaced it which charged me Rs750. The new replacement box worked for 2 months and got damaged. When called they again replaced the box. And now from around 6 months it is again giving problem. Their is some sought of error diplayed on TV screen, when talked to fastway customer care they said that they donot have any solution instead of replacing the box which will charge me Rs750 again. I refused to accept replacement as I do not want to give Rs750 again. There are many channels ( 10 to 15) that they have disconnected. One I remember is discovery.
Their picture quality is not very sharp. When ever I switch to dance channel the pixel gets to distort. Means the receiver is not able to give the output as desired.
I will not suggest anyone to install the fastway cable/internet network as their services are not proper and their equipment is not proper.
Tv dish companies such as tata sky, airtel arr much more better in terms of services than fastway.
