I have used them 3 times to send parcels to US. First time it was good, second time it was ok, but third time it was an unprofessional service. I should admit that there was an error from my side too in the last courier, but it shouldn't have led to the parcel never reaching the addressee. After the first time, I the sender haven't received any tracking information. So was the case with the consignee. No info, contact number, address or a call / message from the agency in US. Thus we didn't know where the parcel was and when it is expected for delivery.
Another problem was the pick up. Very casual packing and weighing of things left a lot to be desired for an efficient professional courier. I also had requested a photo of the final packaging they did with the things picked up from me, as they do it at the time of dispatch. Never received that too.
Third problem is that the agency doesn't provide information on what all can be / can not be sent. This results in lot of wastage. Even after 3 weeks of delivery at a wrong address(as I mentioned this was due to an error in the address I gave) there is no contact number in US(except an automated number that doesn't help trace the lost parcel) to try and trace the parcel.
