I have booked a 8 seater cab 4 hour pack fast track taxi to visit a temple on 09/07/16. The Vehicle with Reg NO:TN 10 AM 3571, Driver Cell No 9840004304 picked us. We are 4 adults and three children.One child is one year kid.The tyre of the vehicle got punctured after 20 km before reaching the temple. We are on the high way alone with children. The driver of the vehicle is not able to find a another vehicle for us. He is not able to replace the tyre also.We reached the home by MTC bus which created deep trouble for us without visiting the temple.The driver is interested to get the amount for 20 km alone and he got it after two days.
We have never seen such a worst driver without caring for passengers, but only on money. such a worst service from fast track. I will not prefer fast track hereafter. no bothering about safety of passengers.
