I feel this review is:
Today I booked for package trip. Neither I received sms on booking number, nor a msg of vehicle number and driver's mobile number. When driver called me it was a landline number which gets disconnected within 5 seconds repeatedly & hence nothing could be communicated. After lot of difficulties I got driver's mobile number from office. When driver came he asked for OTP. I hv not recd OTP also and I had to again call office for OTP. BIG ORDEAL and worst service.
