Quality of service by Fasttrack bangalore is getting worse day by day.
In the last 1 week itself, I have had the misfortune of using their service twice and on both occasions, was left with a very bad taste in the mouth.
Trip1:

Had booked an Innova for Coorg(Up/Dn) for 4am.
Even though got a call from the driver at 3:30am, the cab arrived only at 4:45am.
The driver was rude, and felt like he never wanted to come on this trip.
The ride was so bumpy, we felt as if we were traveling in a bullock-cart.
Right from inside Bangalore, the driver started jumping humps and continued to do that throughout the journey.
Each time we asked him to drive carefully, he came up with excuses like:
missed the hump due to fog, (even though the road signage were clearly pointing to the presence of a hump)
I am driving much slower than others,
Finally, during the return journey in the night, I decided to point to him each time we were nearing a hump/crossing so as to make sure we reached home safe.
Trip2:

Had booked a cab for drop to KRPuram rly stn from Brookefields.
The pickup time was 10:30pm for an 11:45pm train and the cab was booked well in advance at arnd 2pm. I was asked to(re)confirm the booking details thrice.
Till 10:20 pm, there was no call from the driver. Upon calling up the call-centre, I was asked to give all the details again and the assurance that there would be a callback in the next 5 mins.
The driver called back only at 10:45 only and told that he was informed about the pickup at 10:30pm only. He also told that he would need another 20 mins to reach and if I was in a hurry, then better make my own arrangement.
Just imagine, at 11pm in the night, u are asked to make alternate arrangement to reach the station in the next 30 mins.
Luckily though, the cab could make it by 11pm and we could reach in the next 20 mins.
