I would really advice everyone that they should never use Fashion and You at all. It is the worst online shopping portal.


1.First issue with them is that there is no guarantee that the product that you purchase from their website and pay for will be delivered to you.


2.The order confirmation itself takes around a week. So even when you have paid the amount for the purchase, there is no order details updated in their website.


3.Delay in delivery is surely going to happen. The dialogue that is updated by them in their website is "they cross oceans to get the best of the products" is only and only a hype and a false claim. You have to wait for more than a month to get the product, only if you are lucky.


4.You need to deal with defective product, and believe me the type of defect is such which shows that their vendor knowingly are sending the defective products to fool the customer.


5.They do not have any tracking process to verify whether the product ordered is delivered by their vendors or not. Only when you send regular reminders and complain to them they would wake up and would give you some excuse for the delay.


6.The refund that they claim would be effected in 72 hours doesn't get credited even after 6 days.


I did purchase with them 3 times, and every time there was some or the other issue. In my first purchase, I ordered for 2 products and after more than a month I was informed that they cannot deliver one of the product and are cancelling the order.


In my second order, the product was delivered after a month.


My third purchase, which surely is going to be my last order as well, I had mix of all the bad experience. Delay, cancellation and finally defective product.


Out of the 3 products that I ordered vide order # 3519428, 1 of the product was cancelled. The other 2 products which were delivered after 34 days were defective. And as mentioned earlier, the defect is not which gives you an impression of an error, their vendor or they themselves actually try to dump their defective products and trying to fool customers.


The refund for the cancelled product also has not come after 6 days. Not sure how many months they are going to take for picking the defective product and how many more months they would take for refunding my money.
