Their service and support totally sucks..they promise a 24hr response on their site which is a BIG FAT LIE!! I have emailed them to give me tracking number for my order and its been almost a week now, no response..I've been waiting for my order since over a month now..I had to email them to ask for an update and they told me to update my complete address, I replied back to them with an address after being puzzled coz the address I have given is complete on their site..Then no response..
Again I emailed them and they ask the same thing..I was infuriated and after blasting them..they said my order is dispatched but no tracking num..I wonder how a website can update the order status to 'in-transit' and not provide a tracking num. I emailed them and no response at all..They look like a bunch of dumb-wit-frauds at work...they charged me Rs.1000 for international delivery and this is how their service is. I'll never recommend them to any friend..
New members or people wanting to buy off their site PLEASE BEWARE..And spare yourself the pain...
