I recently purchased an Armani Watch from https://fashionandyou.com worth Rs. 16000/- and its been 45 days and I have not received the product. PEOPLE BE AWARE THIS IS A FAKE WEBSITE AND I AM LODGING A CASE WITH CYBER POLICE ON THE SAME. I HAVE SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS TO THEIR SUPPORT ID (support@fashionandyou.com)and CEO (ceo@fashionandyou.com). Their CEO name is PEARL who is marked and has not responded yet. I have added my feedback to facebook as well coz these guys advertise in a big way through facebook and through emails. Their support no. is 0124-4734999 which noone picks up.

Hello Sir,


I am a resident of Bangalore and on Tuesday, June 15, 2010, 8:14 PM, I placed an order for "ARMANI CERAMICA WOMENS WATCH" worth Rs. 16, 156/- with https://fashionandyou.com. Its been around one and half month and I have not received the product. I tried calling their support no. +91 124 4734999 but there was no response. When I dropped numerous emails to ceo@fashionandyou.com; support@fashionandyou.com ...there was a person named Shiv called me up & said that they have not received the warranty card from the Vendor and they will ship it within a week. Its been more than 2 weeks that I spoke to him when recently I could speak to another person named Parag. He informed me that they have issues from the vendor wherein the vendor is not providing the product to them at the said price. He promised to call me today morning to give me the final status. I have not received any call from him.


I am really getting harassed and I believe that this website is cheating people and others may end up into the same mess.I would request you to please take necessary action so that others do not get cheated of their money.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE


I did update all of you about one of the person who got in touch with me from Fahionandyou after my horrible experience with my order related to Armani watch.


This person named Parag did get in touch me...and made sure that I get my money back and he assured me that I will never face such issues in future and shared his no.. I thought of trying once again. This time I purchased a Saree, Wooden games, Ferrari Pen (Luxury segment). All the products reached me on time. Parag followed up on all the orders. Wooden game had a very small defect (Dice) and when I spoke to Parag...he arranged a pick up of that entire box within 3 hours. Ferrari pen was promised to me within 7 days and to my surprise I did get it within 7 days.


With this experience, I ordered three perfumes on FnY today. I am kind of sure that it will reach on time. Parag definitely changed my horrible experience into a wonderful experience. The product is of really high quality, definitely met my expectations. Infact I did approached some shops for the products that I purchased on FnY and there is a huge price difference in reality. So, currently I am a happy customer.


Few things that FnY should definitely improve : Customer Service department wherein people do not pick up the call on their call center no. and the speed of the website especially during Rs.11 offer. By the time it loads, the product is already sold out.


KUDOS TO YOU PARAG. You really have turned my experience around. Will keep posting my experience...


FnY should have more people like Parag.
