One of friends suggested to me fashion and you for online purchase. I regularly buy from ebay, homeshop, infibeam etc., They are all very prompt in their service and I have hardly experienced any delay in delivery of the items ordered by me.
I placed two orders first which were promptly delivered with 3-4 days. Being contended by their promptness, I placed order for two items. For the first order, I got a message confirming the order and an email has also sent to me.
After two days, I placed an order I never got a message nor a mail. Since my account was debited, I sent a mail to them there was no response & a reminder was sent. No response. So the next day, I called them, they confirmed that payment was received and their technical dept will give me a call.
I was also informed that the items have to procured from the manufacturer and it will take at least 3-4 weeks for delivery. As promised, no body called and but after 2 days they have sent me a mail for confirming the order. I hope they will deliver the orders as promised.
