First time shop with them and my experience was horrible. I placed wrong order and hence requested them to cancel my order. Every time I called CC center their executive confirmed me request received and will soon you will get your refund. In order to know the status called them next day, executive told me they don't received any request and now raising cancellation request.
After few days the status was same and told me no request received and raising again. This happened thrice and I paid almost 40-50 rs. In std calls. CC is so pathetic they put me on indefinite hold. I'm still waiting for refund.
I am not sure with that type of service how long they exist in competitive market.
Like to add:They arranged a reverse pickup on 6 Jan, I'm still waiting for my refund.
So even if any customer received a worst product dont ask for return/refund, try to use that product only because you cant expect the refund of your money. But avoid next time.
