My last two experience with Fashionandyou is highly disappointing. I have placed two orders(order no. 120191544 and 120153587), almost more than a week before and inspite of so many follow ups, I am not getting any concrete status about the delivery of products. I have made the purchase on prepaid basis and now wondering whether i've put my money in risk.
they never deliver the order on time, infact last time they did not deliver the product and after gud 30 days they updated us(finding some source in the company internally and checked) that they are not able to procure the product from vendor thus can't deliver it.
You guys are really pathetic, The best thing is that I've got all the conversations with the call center executive, recorded and now thinking to put a complaint about this Online shopping website in consumer court if i'll not get my products by next two days maximum or my money back.
