I had placed an order 2248705 on 14th august and it has not been delivered yet. The first complaint was lodged on 15th sep, 2nd on 22nd sep, 3rd on 1st oct and 4th complaint on 9th oct.. After giving so many complaints they have still not delivered my products.. 2nd problem is in order 2365674 it was under express delivery and the product was cancelled after 10 days due to non-delivery.
They have a very poor system of customer handling and delivery. I just have a question to them- if a customer wants to cancel his order, they do not give his credits back but in case they are at mistake what is the penalty imposed on them for non-availability or late delivery???never shop from them as they are most unprofessional site with poor cc skills and worst customer handling.
So better stay away from them or you would regret like me.
