I'm a self-confessed shopping addict who logs in to various online shopping sites daily and have made over 10 purchases  from your website. This letter is based on my consolidated experience with your website and not triggered by a one-time issue.


Fashionandyou is a great concept - it has interesting options and appeals to people from various segments (gender, age, etc). But it has to be backed by meticulous operations and proactive customer service... I don't know how long it will survive unless the back-end support is bolstered.


The Customer Service is atrocious! There is no response on mail, phone or the 'live' chat. Have left several offline messages as well as mails - with no revert ever! As for the phone, I am always told by the operator that all customer service agents are busy at the moment - doing dis-service to which poor customer, I wonder?!


Privatesales.com delivers items within a week without fail... On your site it's just the opposite! It's been over 6 weeks and am yet to get an update on the Tommy Hilfiger towels I ordered - despite constant follow up on mail. No surprises - no revert or response from your end ever.


And this is not a one-off... While your delivery as per your T&C will happen within 4 weeks (1 week to procure + 3 weeks to deliver), I have never received an item within this time frame. No, not one of my >10 purchases!


Moreover a friend I invited cannot view - and hence redeem - his joining credit of Rs. 250 during the Checkout stage. This has happened to me several times too. being foolhardy, I had sent a mail regarding this as well... Don't hold your breath - No Response!


A good concept alone will RIP soon - concepts can be duplicated quickly. What's novel today is mundane tomorrow. Unless you are customer-centric and have logistics in place, you will slowly fade into oblivion.


If this continues, I intend to stop using it altogether and stick to Privatesales.com, 99labels.com, brandmile.com etc. Survival of the fittest, after all!


This ain't no monopoly... You gotta love free markets!
