For me, this website is a perfect example of Buyer’s Remorse. I honestly regret having wasted my time on them. This is how it went.

I bought a perfume from them, and post-payment, did not get any order confirmation email. Being familiar with ecommerce websites, I naturally proceeded to ask them for an order confirmation of some sort. 2 days later after calling up their support some 10-15 times, I received an order confirmation on email. Some 7 days later when I called to inquire about the processing status of the order, I was told that they had not received the item from the brand and it would reach them that evening and they would ship it out the next day. I told the support guy that if it will get delayed any more, kindly cancel the order, he said it cannot be done at this stage. 2 days later, I called again, asking if item had been shipped. The lady at the support desk told me that the item was not available with the brand and “it would take more time”. Naturally disappointed, I told them to cancel the order (since it was intended to be a gift for an occasion) and send me a cancellation confirmation through email - payment I understand takes some time.

Some 2 days later, no confirmation forthcoming, I called/emailed some 2-3 times. There was no response to any email and calls were answered with an “order has been cancelled; we will send notification via email shortly”. A day after (that is today), when I called, I repeated that a cancellation mail should be sent at least, the help desk person said she "was unable to send any emails at this point of time" - I don't understand how that happens in this day and age – and that she “would send it after two hours”. No cancellation email was received by me, calls were not answered.

As on today, the amount has been debited from my card, I did not get the item I wanted (of course), it takes them 12 days to realize they cannot ship an item and after that also, they are unwilling to send an email confirmation for order cancellation. I can safely say that this has (by far) been the worst experience I have had with any website.

For an e-commerce website, I don’t think it is so darn impossible to send email notifications of order processing status. I don’t think it is impossible to send email responses unless you were into something dubious and were not keen on confirming things in writing. I don’t think it is so impossible to get a second help desk number so people find it easier to get across to a human interface. The only one they have is always engaged, I guess that goes to show just how many complaints they get on a normal basis.

If you notice their Facebook page, there are several complaints by people in the comments to their sale announcements. The website in terms of structure and usability is a joke. It does not have any easily-accessible section where a consumer can provide feedback. Help desk is just, well, I guess I really need not say more.

Shady, sham websites such as these drastically reduce the credibility E-commerce as a concept. They start with a lucrative mix actually, take a good concept, throw in some well known brand names, advertise discounts and couple that with the worst possible fulfillment mechanism/customer support to give the hapless consumer an experience which will ensure the poor soul never ventures to buy from that/another website again.

I strongly recommend you think several times before you buy from them. The slightly cheaper product (in case you do manage to get your paws on it) won’t be worth the harassment.
