Read about Fashion and You on a site and deiced to register. Their product offering is unique and good for a niche user. Regularly received alerts from them on offers. Since I am setting up my house decided to buy a decorative flower vase from their site. My first experience was good, I needed a change in address and I wrote to them asking for a change in address which they promptly took care of and the product was delivered to my office. I received confirmation from my admin team that a parcel has been delivered from fashion and you. Being grateful for their prompt assistance I called and confirmed receipt of the products. Later that evening when I opened the package I realized that the good were broken. On reporting this to the same executive I had earlier called it was proposed that a senior executive will get in touch with me.
That did happen but he turned around and said that I am the one who broke the vase even without listening to what I had to say. At this point I was asking them to verify with their logistics partner what the issue could be. This completely put me off, it was a really bad experience for me to be blamed for breaking the vase without any reason.
It's now been a week and I have no written or telephonic communication from their end. I'll still say their product offering is good but service qualities need to improve drastically.
