Worst shopping experience with F&U.

I am very much disappointed with your customer care agents who never deliver the exact information to me. I daily called you up for more than half an hour but sill they keep my call on hold and never give me exact status.


I have returned some orders 120399740, 120361230, 120360620, 120339130, 120338879, 120338744, 120317558.


I have requested so many time to give me refund into my bank account as I don't want refund in mobikwik wallet of F&U wallet as my money is not secure with Mobikwik. They are fraud and never reply to my queries. I already have lost money with Mobikwik transactions and for the same queries are still unresolved.


I want the refund in form of NEFT.


Previously your CC agents Ms Jagrati and Mr Pranav Arora and Mr Manoj kumar has confirmed me on call to give me NEFT refund.


First of all you guys should not keep such kind of fraud payment gateways who are nor customer friendly at all and never ever resolve any of my complaint.


I have not received the promised cash back by mobikwik of 15% for some of my orders made on your website and some of the failure transaction never been refunded to me by mobikwik.


There is no source to get in touch with them.


I can't take this risk if you transfer my refund to them, surely they will elapse my money and I will be helpless.


I am continuously chasing F&U customer care team but no one call me back as they promised to me. This was my worst to worst experience of online shopping ever. I have never have to chase anybody like this.
