What Fanaa Is About...

Choices... to choose between right or wrong is simple, but what defines one's life is the decision between the greater of two goods or the lesser of two evils. This is the advice that Zooni Ali Beg (Kajol) receives from her father just as she is about to venture out into the world on her own for the very first time. Little does she know that these very words will shape her life.

The Story Of Fanaa

Zooni, a blind Kashmiri girl, meets Rehan Qadri (Aamir Khan), a local tour guide and an incorrigible flirt, who goes from city to city exploring their architecture as also the women. Her friends warn her against this good-for-nothing roadside Romeo, but she chooses to ignore them. She is not one to be protected. It is now her time to discover life, and love. Is this really the right choice?

Rehan is fascinated by Zooni. He truly wants her to see life as it should be seen, in its many colours - and as he promises her, the time spent with him will be the most precious in all her life. Zooni sees Delhi, life and love like she never has before, because of Rehan.

What Zooni doesn't know is that Rehan has another side of his life that he has kept from her - something that can not only change her life, but can also destroy it.

My Opinion About Fanaa

If someone ask me how is the movie?I am sure he will understand from my eyes before I will utter a word from my mouth.The film is not good as it was expected.The story,the script,then execution which was real slow in some parts,untimely song(though they were good to listen but on the same time good enough to hinder the pace of movie) and top of all the length of the movie.

These all are the factors which dont go in favour of Fanaa.One cannot expect such kind of potholes in a much awaited movie form the biggest show house of the country.

Its only and only the star power, curiousty(hype) about the movie and magnificient performance that can save the movie.

Performance by Kajol,Amir Khan,Rishi Kapoor and Tabu are of the level that htey will leave an imapct after you come out of the movie.

Especially for Kajol,who comes on the screen after a much gap.She has given an outstanding performance.One never feels that she was out of the bollywood for such a long gap.Watch movie for her.You yourself will feel this.

Amir Khan,yet another good performance after RDB.Two in one performance in the movie,One as lover boy and other as cold hearted terrorist.Both role performed with perfection.Nothing much to say about him

And dont miss the acting by the innocent kid (Don't know the name),he was superb with is innocent looks and dialogues.Watch him saying ''Dead Man'',''Depandddale'' and other english words.You will simply love him.

5. 'Lag Ja Gale,ke phir yeh Haseen Raat ho Na ho',this old classic was very neatly knitted in the situation when Aamir and Kajol were meeting Last.

   
   

So watch this movie only for performance and Kajol.

Kajol looks beautiful and watch her Salwar Kameez collection in the movie.They are just amazing.

My non recomendation for the movie is because the end product delivered by YRF was not upto the mark in terms of story and execution.But still movie is worth watching for KAJOL and AAMIR.

Some Trivia Facts for FANAA in SINGAPORE

1. This was first time in one and a half year,since I am here, that a hindi movie is released in more than one multiplex apart from the one which only shows Hindi Movie.

   
   




2. It was unbelivable to see chinese in the movie.One Singaporean was sitting beside me.He told me that he was waiting for this movie for a long time.He was avod fan of Aamir and Kajol.

   
   




3. I witnessed Housefull show after SALAAM | NAMASTE

   
   




4. Though not a trivial kind of thing but will like to mention,there was a bihari sitting next to me and he was continously giving a running commentry on every scene HE HE HE.Gave me a feel if I was sitting in some Cinema in INDIA
