Disclaimer: it is not compulsory to read the story. Once you read don't tell - you don't like me revealing the facts.
As per producers this is could be a love story from what we have seen from Yashraj Films. Two differences One.. There is no triangle. Two... it is have violence in the same. As usual Yashraj Film has done almost everything to hide the script and increase sensation. They are master in it. They like people to talk more about the same when there is nothing in the movie. Hope this doesn't stands true for Fanaa. Yashraj film is putting Fanaa as different from Hum Tum and a ‘mature’ love story.
It looks like film is a love story of a terrorist and a Kashmiri girl.
Aamir Khan is playing Rehan Qadri and Kajol is playing Zooni Ali Beg. Rishi Kapoor is Father of Kajol, Chief Minister of state also. Sahil Chaudhry is playing Rehaan's Brother. Kiron Kher, Tabu, Shiny Ahuja, Gautami Kapoor, Lara Dutta are having special appearances.
Aamir Khan is playing the role of a terrorist whilst Kajol is a Kashmiri girl. Rishi being father of Kajol and CM of state taking care of her very much as she is blind. He had taught Kajol - to choose between right or wrong is simple, but what defines one's life is the decision between the greater of two goods or the lesser of two evils. With this advice Kajol venture out into the world on her own for the very first time. He met Aamir Khan, a local tour guide as well as flirt. He is moving to many cities to explore architecture and as well as women. Kajol get attracted to Aamir but her friends warn her against this Casanova. She chooses to ignore all friends. Aamir initially like Kajol and wanted her to be with him. He shows her Delhi and many other places.
But Kajol doesn't know is that Aamir has another side of his life that he has kept from her. Actually Aamir is a terrorist and given assignment to kill daughter of CM i.e. Kajol. What will happen? Will Aamir kill her or Kajol will change Aamir? Check the movie...
I am also not positive about the music of the film. There is only one track which is good. Chand Sifarish. Else all the songs are not good. Yashraj is known for good music and song but this time they failed to deliver.
I feel this is a simple love story like Dil se. Nothing new about it. There are only few attractiona in the movie like Kajol returns to film industry after 4 years + Aamir is working with Yashraj film for first time + First time Aamir and Kajol is working in a pair though they have worked with each other in Ishq.
All the steps have been taken by Producers and actors to make the film famous before release. Like intentionally keeping the story secret and talking a lot about the fact that it is secret. So people get curious. Aamir as usual has done a public stunt - joining two andolans at Jantar Mantar - Delhi to make himself famous before film, people says it is because of release of DVD of Rang De Basanti, but Fanaa will be benefited more from this. Kajol coming to Indian Idol and talking about the movie. Let’s see this works out or not...
