Nice but slightly complicated !. Review on Fame Gurukul

Concept is good..singers are good..judges are good except Kaykay who is more interested in promoting himself rather then being involved with the programs ( his attire and decking up give as impression like he is too much vain about himself, he must take lesson from legendary Javed sahab sitting next to him).

Compere's Manav and Mandira are doing good job except the way they pitch for some other Sony programs in between,,it spoils the mood!!

In such programs there are few good singers and few lovable personalities...same is true with fame gurukul..nice singers like Arijit, Shamit, Rex, Rooprekha are treat to listen where as lovable Mona Bhatt, Anubhav, Qazi some where gives a feel of being from ones own family !!

I think the talen here is slightly better than Indian Idol. THey get opportunity also to sing more lines of song rather than few as in Idol.

Concept creators are somehwere trying to bring in cut throatism and rivalry amongst participants by asking stark questions like who are your favourite 5, vote by participants to save rejected ones !! I think this cud have been avoided.

I dont know what faculty does with the participants ? they are most of the time either decked up ready as if going for some party or psychologically counselling the participants,,when do they teach them music ?? it would be nice to see two faculty members singing some song to convince audience that they are capable.

Program offers nice music,,,and best is comments of Javed sahab for participants singing ability...I loved his comment for gurpreet,,when he said '' lagta hai jaise gane ki line khatam hone se pahle us line se aapka interest khatam ho jata hai !!''
