Saw two 3d movies here in the last week [epic and iron man 3] and decided never to repeat that experience ever again!
the mall a/c has not been working [probably to save money on power bills] for over a year at raghuleela so that does not help either since it feels like a furnace on the ground floor.
the ticket prices should include the deposit for 3d glasses so that less time is wasted entering the hall.
after each 3d show there is a very slow moving queue of people waiting to collect their refunds in the heat outside the theatre in the open air balcony walkway.
the person will never have exact change so the first few and last few customers will always get stuck!
there should be an alternate system to reduce congestion by allowing returns of glasses indoors at the ticket counters which are lying empty anyways on the top floor.
- despite over 3/4th empty seats at our afternoon show, the refunds guy had to go and get change in the middle of collections and that took him another 5-10 min while we waited in the sun.
stick with 2d shows for a much better experience!
or go to halls that sell disposable glasses just to avoid waiting in the returns queue...
