Avoid this company, it holds Limca book of world records for highest attrition in India, more than 200 people have joined and left without serving 3 months.
Claimed Specialties: FEA/ Stress / Fatigue / Design / CAD etc etc
Actual Specialties:Cheating clients, OEM software company, Piracy, scr.ewing up employees career.
The company website is https://fairtech.com and is located in Bangalore BTM layout. The company has three robbers, the top robber is Subramani, he was almost dead few months back due to heart attack, but neither God nor devil wanted him in Heaven / Hell, they decided him to leave him on earth and suffer more and extended his life.
Sivakumara Kadasamy bribed his professors and got his doctorate long back, he paid bribe(dowry) and joined NAL, he later joined Satyam he was thrown out due to integrity issues he joined CADES and before leaving he and Subramani copied all classified documents from CADES and started Fairtech in 2007 with initial strength of 15 engineers.now the number of engineers has come down to 12(de-growth in 4 years, another LIMCA record). His area of expertise is Fatigue, he is famous for screwing up projects and clients. From about 8 clients in 2007(small jobs), FAIRTECH today is starving w/o any work from any client.
Another cheat is BUDTI SAGAR, he looks like Phsyco and a serial rapist, he has underground dealings with smart hackers and ex-employees of OEM software suppliers, an original s/w costing 20 lakh is purchased for as little as 10K/20K only and FAIRTECH uses such tactics to milk euros and dollars.
Like another review says, almost all licences used in the company are fake and they were also caught red-handed on few occasions. One client visited the office from another country, after going into toilet they not only left premises but took the earliest flight to their country.
The office / toilet is cleaned once in a week, the HR/Front office is so careless they open office at 10.30AM and say his uncle's mother died so could not come in time. Sivakumara Kandasamy is HR head and even fights with maid cleaning office premises. He fired her b'cos she didn't put good amount of sugar in the tea. You can find cocroches, fat enephelos musquitoes(Malaria causing) breeding freely in the office. Some employees used to go out to urinate b'cos toilet is so bad.
No PF(cheating govt), No insurance, no canteen, no transportation, no pantry, no timely salary, no bonus(bonus for cheats), no payslip culture, no system to even generate a experience certificate, no audit, no quality, horrible HR policies designed to affect employee's life, fake s/ws.
These cheats (Subramani/Sivakumara Kandasamy/Dudti Sagar) will suffer in their life, they have denied relieving letters, denied PF, Gratituity, they have cut salarie illegally and illogically. They have affected at least a dozen careers by denying work experience documents etc etc, I recently came to know that these cheats are charging bribe of Rs. 1 to 2 lacs for issuing relieving letters(if the exiting candidate gets plum job).
My daily prayer is that these guys be thought tough lesson by God in the crudest possible way. I pray almighty that these cheats' children die a horrific death/ die barbarically, so that the cheats understand the pain they have given to their own employees.
However I don't pray for their death b'cos for them EARTH should be living hell, GOD will strike them back hardly and crudely. The difference b/w three cheats is widening, it can hardly stand together, each one has his own ambitions,
