Dear FEA/Fatigue/Aerospace Engineers,
I had a short stint @ Fairtech Engineering Services Pvt Ltd., Bangalore, I would like to let the public to be aware of this fraudsters in the name of Engineering Services Company. The company when it started in 2007 had a strength of 32 and now it is 18 this includes family members of the big people in the company. The company is starving for projects thanks to the experts who review and send technical work, none of the clients have ever placed orders after one paid project to this company.
The company is notorious in screwing careers of engineers who leave the projects / company, they file civil suits on company which recruits engineers, in some instances due to this engineers have lost their jobs. All engineers work hard but are paid very badly. They will also term that the engineer was recruited on compassionate grounds/charity. The company has notorious bond agreement with newbies, 5 lakh/6 years 3lakh/4 years and many assorted bond as per weaknesses of the employee.
One Buddi Sagar who heads one department of 3 engineers calls himself Director of Aerospace Tooling. He had screwed up career of his own friend by not issuing necessary documents and holding back marks card and passport in original. His friend had filed criminal case at Mico layout to get back his documents.
This cheap Buddi Sagar then filed assault case on his friend in retaliation later he withdrew it after a month.
There is one more Shivakumar Koodhisamy who heads HR department, he is very unprofessional and is responsible for all ills of the company. This company lays off onsite people immediately after they return home after project is over.
There are many complaints on company lodged at Mico police station, Bangalore. If you want to get your career into turmoil please join Fairtech. It is believed that many have erased Fairtech Experience from their resume. Please avoid this notorious company.
All HAL/NAL/ISRO/ PSU/Govt research employees/contractors be careful about this company. Spread the message and save careers !!
