Fair and lovely cream is very popular and old names in fairness cream used in India . I have seen people using it from childhood . It claims to make skin fairer within a week . It also claims to reduce spot marks and pigmentation . I have used it a year ago at home as I have seen my mom using it , so I thought to give it a try . But it did not suit my skin . My skin is oily , after few minutes of applying it , I felt a greasiness in my face , that I tried to cover with loose powder . I continued to use it for 4-5 days and I got break outs . I even did not like its fragrance . My mom has normal skin and she also do not have skin issues like dark spots or acne , she just have a little pigmentation on her face that too does not get reduced because she is still using it but she still have pigmentation .
I will strictly advice to the oily skin beauties to not use this cream .
