Remember the days when we all were users of Orkut. Then almost all of us shifted to Facebook. Today Facebook is undoubtedly the numero Uno of Social Media Networking space. Today, it has become one of the biggest companies in the world in terms of market capitalization.
A brilliant medium to be connected to the world, it helps find long lost friends.
There was a time when Facebook was about self- expression – where something that needed to be expressed could be wonderfully done through Facebook. But, now this has become a medium more for self-promotion rather than self – expression.
Another problem is that people with fundamentalist viewpoints are carrying out their PR activities through Social media. Thankfully, Facebook has Unfollow button to prevent you from spoiling your mind with these posts.
Despite these flaws, none of which have anything to do with Facebook as an organization, it is one of the best ways to be connected to people.
