I say this with a heavy heart. I had given a very expensive white shirt, that I use for formal meetings.
When I opened the shirt, I found that the buttons on the sleeve near the cuff is burnt partially and the shirt torn. Apparently, it had got stuck to the HOT Iron while pressing. But the staff diligently folded it and returned to me, taking me for granted.
I complained to the Officers in Fabric Spa. They were prompt and quick in their responses. They collected the shirt, admitted that it was their fault and said that they will'rectify', patch it up, stitch it in a manner it is not visible. I said, ok give it a try, but on a white shirt it is impossible to expect a neat dawning that cannot be noticed.
I received the shirt with the stitch and patch seen - they are not calling me back, not bothered to check if it is alright.
you may be ready to pay the expensive charges to launder the shirt. BUT PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOUR RS.2500-3000 SHIRT MAY BE DAMAGED AND THROWN BACK AT YOU!
